My mom and I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Museum of Illusions! The museum was everything and more than we expected. We had such a wonderful time exploring, laughing, taking pictures and creating beautiful memories together. It was such a fun and unique experience and we both enjoyed every moment of it! ❤️

A special shout-out to the gentleman at the front desk, who was incredibly welcoming and to all the staff members who guided us throughout the museum. Everyone was lovely but Lyllien deserves a special mention, her customer service was 1000/10! 👏🏽

She was so friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable about the museum. She made the experience even more enjoyable by explaining the different illusions, guiding us along the way and even helping us create the perfect poses for our pictures! Her warm personality and willingness to help made us feel comfortable and added so much fun to our visit.

It’s always refreshing to meet people who genuinely enjoy what they do and go the extra mile to make visitors feel welcome. Lyllien is definitely an asset to the team and I hope her outstanding customer service receives the recognition it deserves.
